I am Argentine by birth and Spanish by family roots. I lived in Buenos Aires, Granada and Valencia and I have been trained in universities on both sides of the Atlantic. I have published two books ( I’m going for more!) and I have been a happy resident of our beautiful London since mid-2016.
That diversity enriched me humanly and professionally and I decided to pour it into the classes. Having to go back to studying English, I discovered first-hand the many challenges and mood swings that someone who begins the journey to a new language can face.
At NSS we accompany our students throughout this wonderful process inside and outside the classroom. We are committed to offering a personalized treatment of extra tasks or resources, even for students in group classes.
I also understood that any accentual or regional difference is a jewel to discover, insofar as it is the living expression of a human group. For this reason, at NSS we enjoy comprehensive Spanish, without hierarchies or false models, while we explore our vast cultural wealth.
We listen to music in Spanish and sing (do you dare with a tango?), we organize tours in Spanish (led by an expert) in the museums of our city and we connect with our emotions reading Hispanic authors (with a good wine) in the quarterly literary workshops .
I propose a change of vision: let’s turn your language class together into a dynamic, playful and interactive space … efficient and professional, but away from all kinds of pressure and monologues.
Let’s turn your trip to Spanish together into your unmissable moment of weekly pleasure. Can you imagine it?
